Project Overview

The Parking Bot project was a commission from one of aiCall’s clients, who needed a high-fidelity interactive prototype for a parking lot management tool. The goal was to create a user-friendly interface that could simplify tasks like managing space availability, tracking customer data, and improving overall efficiency.

Using Figma, I built a detailed prototype with realistic interactions, giving the client a clear vision of how the tool would work. Weekly meetings with the client ensured we stayed aligned, with constant feedback guiding each iteration.

My Contributions

  • Prototyping: Designed and built a high-fidelity, fully interactive prototype in Figma, simulating the tool’s features to help the client visualize its functionality.
  • User Experience Design: Focused on making the interface intuitive and practical, ensuring it met both the client’s requirements and the needs of future users.
  • Collaboration: Worked closely with the client through weekly meetings to review progress, discuss ideas, and refine the design step by step.

Impact

  • Delivered a professional prototype that gave the client a realistic sense of how the tool would look and function, helping them pitch the concept internally.
  • This project also marked my first experience working independently with a client, giving me insight into what freelancing could be like, navigating client expectations and feedback.
  • Gained hands-on experience in designing high-fidelity prototypes and turning client ideas into tangible, user-friendly designs.
